Are you ready to take the next step in your PR career? If you're an ambitious Senior Account Executive or an early-stage Account Manager who loves media relations and wants to develop into a strategic communications consultant, this could be the perfect opportunity.

We're working with a thriving boutique B2B communications agency that's known for its collaborative culture, high-quality client work and genuine commitment to developing its people. You'll join a supportive team where your ideas are valued, your achievements are recognised and your career progression isn't limited by layers of hierarchy.

The Role

This is a media relations-led position, but it's much more than a traditional PR role. You'll work across a portfolio of exciting B2B clients within marketing, technology, design and digital services and a NFP.  You'll be helping to build reputations through creative storytelling, strategic communications and thought leadership.  You'll be encouraged to move beyond day-to-day press office activity, gaining exposure to client strategy, communications consultancy, positioning, digital PR and integrated campaigns.

About You

You'll be someone who enjoys building relationships, loves the buzz of securing coverage and is excited by the idea of developing into a broader communications consultant.

You'll ideally have

  • PR agency experience at Senior Account Executive or Account Manager level.
  • Strong B2B media relations experience.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence managing clients and juggling multiple priorities.
  • Curiosity, creativity and a proactive approach.

In Return

Salary of £34-£35k.

  • Competitive Benefits package.
  • Real flexibility and work/life balance – we work smarter, not longer.
  • A proper meritocracy – progress is based on potential, not time served.
  • The Velvet Academy – our in-house training and mentorship programme, giving you a clear, supported path to grow.
  • Ongoing learning – including flexible, modular training to sharpen specialist skills, wherever you are in your journey.
  • A collaborative, inclusive culture – where people are encouraged to be themselves.
  • Lots of fun – because they believe the best work comes from people enjoying what they do.
